These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RandomBonds. By creating an account or using RandomBonds, you agree to follow these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a registered RandomBonds account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may have one personal account unless RandomBonds expressly allows otherwise. You must not impersonate another person, use deceptive identity information, or attempt to access another person's account.
RandomBonds is intended for respectful social interaction. You must not use the service for bullying, harassment, threats, abuse, spam, unwanted advertising, malicious links, scams, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
You are responsible for what you publish in Public Chat, Posts, profiles, comments, and private conversations.
Public Chat is a shared community area. Messages may be moderated, removed, limited, or otherwise acted on when they violate these terms or the displayed community rules. RandomBonds is a platform for connecting and communicating with other users. Do not automatically trust any user or share sensitive personal information with people you meet through the service. If a user behaves suspiciously, attempts to pressure or threaten you, asks for sensitive information, sends harmful or suspicious content, or attempts to involve you in unlawful activity, stop interacting with them and report the user through the available reporting tools. RandomBonds does not control or guarantee the actions, statements, or intentions of individual users. However, we may review reports and take appropriate action under our rules, including warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of accounts where appropriate.
Mentions, moderation messages, role controls, and other Public Chat features are subject to the permissions and limits implemented by RandomBonds.
Private Messages are separate from Public Chat. Use them responsibly and do not send abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful material.
RandomBonds will describe its actual privacy and security protections in the Privacy Policy.
RandomBonds may use moderation tools to protect the community. Depending on the situation, actions may include warnings, message removal, time-limited mutes, removal from Public Chat, suspension, or account bans.
VIBI may provide automated community assistance and moderation notices. Staff permissions are controlled by the application's role system.
You retain responsibility for content you submit. By posting content to RandomBonds, you provide RandomBonds with the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or that violates another person's rights.
RandomBonds branding, interface design, original software, graphics, and other service materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected RandomBonds materials except where applicable law permits.
Use available reporting and blocking controls when appropriate. Reports may be reviewed to protect the community and enforce RandomBonds rules.
RandomBonds may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.

Do not misuse reporting tools to harass other users or knowingly submit false reports.
Reported or observed violations may be reviewed. Depending on the circumstances and applicable rules, RandomBonds may remove content, issue warnings, restrict access, mute or remove users from chat, or suspend or ban accounts.
